These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and btp99 ("btp99", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at btp99.io. Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one (1) registered account on btp99. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using the same or different personal information, device, IP address, or payment method — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, btp99 will merge or close the duplicates and may void balances and pending withdrawals associated with the secondary account(s).

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number. Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure.

• Account usernames must not impersonate any other person, brand, or entity.

btp99 accepts deposits via the following payment channels currently available to players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction unless otherwise stated in a specific promotional offer. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by btp99 at the platform level, though individual payment providers may apply their own transaction limits. All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be returned to source where technically possible.

• Deposits are credited to your btp99 account wallet in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
• btp99 does not charge a processing fee on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply its own charges.
• Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once credited to the btp99 wallet. Contact support immediately if you believe an error has occurred.
• btp99 reserves the right to decline, reverse, or hold any deposit pending verification if fraud indicators are present.
• Chargebacks initiated through card schemes against legitimate deposits may result in immediate account suspension and referral to debt collection processes.

Withdrawal requests may be submitted by verified players at any time via the btp99 cashier. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 for mobile wallet channels (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) and ৳1,000 for bank transfer channels. Withdrawals are processed by the btp99 finance team during operational hours and are typically completed within 15 to 30 minutes for mobile wallet channels and within 24 hours for bank transfer channels.

• Withdrawals of bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements outlined in the relevant promotion's specific terms.
• btp99 does not charge withdrawal fees on any channel, though your payment provider may apply its own charges.
• btp99 reserves the right to conduct additional security and fraud checks on any withdrawal request, which may extend processing times.
• In cases where irregular betting patterns or suspected abuse have been identified, btp99 may withhold withdrawal processing pending investigation.
• Failed withdrawals due to incorrect payment details provided by the Player are not the responsibility of btp99. Resubmission with corrected details will be required.

btp99 offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing players from time to time. The following activities are strictly prohibited on the btp99 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of outstanding balances where applicable:

• Accessing the btp99 platform via VPN, proxy, or any other technology designed to mask your true location, identity, or device.

All content on the btp99 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, and interface designs — is the property of btp99 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the btp99 platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

You may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, distribute, or create derivative works from any btp99 content without the prior written consent of btp99. • Losses suffered as a result of gambling outcomes, including sporting results and casino game results.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate password security.
